Hey..
I'm Adi Oren
My passion and my heart is in accompanying women through the many stages of life, guided by a deep connection to the body, the breath, true and practical knowledge and the deep essence of femininity.
In my work, I weave together ancient feminine wisdom with modern medical knowledge, creating a space where each woman can reconnect with her own inner guidance and intuition. By combining a variety of professional tools, I aim to support healing, empowerment, and feminine vitality.
Together, we cultivate women’s health – both personal and collective – embracing the body and the many layers of life, in a natural and holistic way.
My work
I am a certified yoga instructor specializing in women’s health, with expertise in yoga for hormonal balance and fertility, prenatal yoga, postpartum recovery, yoga therapy for chronic pain with a focus on endometriosis, and also Aerial Yoga in the Unnata method.
I am also part of the support team for the ‘Secrets of Fertility’ app.
In addition, I am a doula and a certified Hypnobirthing childbirth educator, accompanying women throughout pregnancy, birth, and the transition into motherhood.
Beyond the practical work, I offer lectures and workshops on Women’s History – ‘everything we weren’t taught at school’, and on ‘Finding Balance in the Feminine Cycle’.
I am also an importer of authentic Rebozos—traditional Mexican woven fabrics for pregnancy and birth and I provide products that promote natural women’s health.
Above all titles, I am here to walk alongside you—with deep respect for your unique feminine rythem & journey, and with warm supportive care.

Rebozo
The Rebozo is a strong, wide, and exceptionally long woven cloth, originating from the rich indigenous traditions of Mexico and its surrounding. Each rebozo is handwoven and created for women to support them throughout their lives through its versatile uses, affecting both body and mind.
During menstruation, it provides support to the pelvis and womb. During pregnancy, it helps carry the belly, easing back pains and even offers energetic protection. During childbirth, it is an important tool for wrapping, releasing, and relaxing tissues, and also supports the fetal positioning and progress through the birth canal . After birth, it aids in pelvic closure, wrapping and carrying the baby. It is also a powerful tool in traditional ceremonies of energetic opening or closure, guided by doulas and traditional midwives.
This powerful yet soft and gentle tool is a meaningful feminine instrument of connection that is built on trust, mutual support, shared knowledge, and generational wisdom, especially during significant periods such as pregnancy, birth, and raising children.
The Rebozo: Cultural Backgrounds
Rebozo is a handwoven shawl used in the Mesoamerican traditions for many purposes, and it’s a vital companion in different life transitions especially for the women. The journey together with the rebozo starts in Mexico as early as in the womb, as the mother uses it e.g. to cover herself, to tie the belly and to receive some manteadas, rebozo massages. Rebozo has been used traditionally also to massage and accommodate men and also men do give rebozo massages.
