Neta Edri

I first met Adi back in my student days. During the feminine yoga classes, I was introduced to a fascinating world… Her classes were precise, deep and full of knowledge and understanding of the unique female body. Later on, I joined her prenatal yoga sessions and workshops for pregnant women and then for after birth. I simply didn’t want to leave her! She’s wonderful — both as a person and especially as a yoga teacher who knows how to guide, advise, and help women reconnect with their bodies. From the heart, I truly believe she is one of a kind.

Gaya Shimone Sultani

I’ve been practicing and teaching yoga for several years, but when I became pregnant, my body suddenly asked for something different. My usual practice no longer felt right. That’s when I found Adi, and every week I had the privilege of diving into a soft, mindful and intimate practice with her. Adi tailored the sessions to each woman in the group, honoring the different stages of pregnancy and each one’s unique needs. I wholeheartedly recommend taking this moment for yourself — and with Adi. It’s a true gift to yourself.

Ayelet Evyatar

Adi is an exceptionally professional teacher, full of knowledge, care and dedication. I truly enjoyed participating in the advanced training workshop she led — it inspired me to dive deeper and keep learning. Thanks to her, I came to the workshop I later taught myself with a great sense of confidence. I’m very grateful for that, and I’m already looking forward to the next sessions.

Shiri Mizrahi Mann

Adi is a wonderful guide — deeply professional and incredibly wise. She holds an immense reservoir of knowledge, which she skillfully tailors to each woman, creating the most supportive and nurturing space possible. I’m so grateful to have had the chance to learn from her and to receive her deep, precise guidance. I highly recommend her!

Talya Orbach

I was delighted to take part in Adi’s workshop for teachers on Yoga with a hammock for pregnant women. I truly enjoyed the physical practice — Adi creates intelligent, flowing movement sequences that are a joy to experience.
In addition, she brings a unique historical perspective on women’s health across different cultures, which was truly mind opening. You can feel her vast knowledge and deep passion for the field — expressed beautifully in both theory and practice.

Heila Osherov

I’ve been practicing with Adi for several years now. I came to her after many years in the yoga world as a devoted Ashtanga, and honestly, a bit lost. I turned to her when my body could no longer handle Ashtanga, due to endometriosis.
Adi completely transformed my relationship with my body and with yoga itself. The softness, the openness, the attunement, the grounding, the precise listening to the body — what a gift. And the best part? Yoga with Adi actually helps my endo. Whether in group sessions — where she somehow manages to give each woman personal attention — or in one-on-one practices, where she’s equipped me with poses that truly save me.  Now, I’m pregnant, and I continue to practice with her once a week. It’s pure healing for me. It’s the massage I gift myself with and the most beautiful preparation I could imagine for my heart and my body. And it’s on Zoom — because Adi has superpowers when it comes to being present and attentive, even from afar. One of a kind. Truly.

Stav Golan

I practiced yoga with Adi for several years when I was struggling with physical pain and discomfort — starting with yoga therapy, and later continuing with feminine yoga and aerial yoga. She helped me recover, regain flexibility, and grow stronger — all with immense sensitivity, professionalism and a wide-open heart. Adi didn’t just guide the practice, she explained the meaning behind every movement and posture, the healing aspects, and the emotional connections as well. Before meeting her, I never truly connected to yoga, but she made me fall in love with it. She helped me reconnect with myself and my body, and I’ll always be grateful for that. Over the years, I’ve practiced with many teachers, and I can honestly say — there’s no one like her. I wholeheartedly recommend giving yourself the gift of practicing with Adi. ->

Adi also led a childbirth preparation course for me and my partner. When I became pregnant, I knew right away that I wanted her to accompany us. From the very first moment, she made us feel safe and supported, pouring her whole heart into the course and giving of herself so generously. She explained every topic thoroughly, answered all our questions, and shared the material in creative and engaging ways. She was always there for us — patient, flexible, and deeply caring. We never felt alone, even through the challenges and fears that often come with a first pregnancy. She helped us navigate it all, and thanks to her, we experienced a truly magical home birth while her calming voice playing in the background, helping us through every moment. We don’t have enough words to thank her for the knowledge, professionalism, sensitivity, warmth and love she brought into this profoundly meaningful journey. We highly recommend her and can’t wait to meet her again in our next pregnancy.

Sara Lederman

Adi is so dear to us. As we were preparing for birth, we were looking for a childbirth educator who would truly align with our vision, and we found her by chance, while searching for a rebozo to buy. What a blessing that was, because we discovered the most magical guide, who walked with us step by step through the process, from such a calm, grounded, and deeply connected place. You shared with us all the important and beautiful information with such professionalism and sensitivity, and after every session we felt more peaceful, relaxed, and united in our shared birth vision — just as we had hoped. We’re so grateful we chose her and that she became part of such a meaningful stage in our lives, as we prepared for parenthood for the first time. I definitely recommend her, because the journey she guided us through is exactly how every baby deserves to come into the world, through the soft and empowering HypnoBirthing method you teach so wisely.

Rebozo

The Rebozo is a strong, wide, and exceptionally long woven cloth, originating from the rich indigenous traditions of Mexico and its surrounding. Each rebozo is handwoven and created for women to support them throughout their lives through its versatile uses, affecting both body and mind.

During menstruation, it provides support to the pelvis and womb. During pregnancy, it helps carry the belly, easing back pains and even offers energetic protection. During childbirth, it is an important tool for wrapping, releasing, and relaxing tissues, and also supports the fetal positioning and progress through the birth canal . After birth, it aids in pelvic closure, wrapping and carrying the baby. It is also a powerful tool in traditional ceremonies of energetic opening or closure, guided by doulas and traditional midwives.

This powerful yet soft and gentle tool is a meaningful feminine instrument of connection that is built on trust, mutual support, shared knowledge, and generational wisdom, especially during significant periods such as pregnancy, birth, and raising children.

The Rebozo: Cultural Backgrounds

Rebozo is a handwoven shawl used in the Mesoamerican traditions for many purposes, and it’s a vital companion in different life transitions especially for the women.  The journey together with the rebozo starts in Mexico as early as in the womb, as the mother uses it e.g. to cover herself, to tie the belly and to receive some manteadas, rebozo massages. Rebozo has been used traditionally also to massage and accommodate men and also men do give rebozo massages.
